もふりーとYamori Arashibiki Junmai Unadjusted Nama. This is one of the best sake produced in my hometown in Tokyo, and I can't get enough of it. The strong aroma and the smooth, rich flavor are the essence of Yamori's Arasakibiki.

りなこI went there! The long-awaited "Toshimaya Festa 2024"! A long line of people lined up even before the doors opened! We went through Kamosu (brewing) Street, which is like a petit sake brewery tour, and went to the tasting corner (🍶). There were 5 kinds of tasting! Here's the first one! (1) Yamamori Junmai Nakadori Unadjusted Nama Shu (1) Yamori Junmai Nakadori Unadjusted Nama Shuyu - a well-balanced, beautiful sake with a moderate sweetness and a refreshing finish! My friend who went with me also liked it very much. ❤️ I'm kind of happy ☺️

アーロンThe aroma is discreet, with a youthful apple-like fruitiness 🍎. The mouthfeel is gentle, with a thick oli, but the minerality and fresh acidity are very pleasant 😊. The soft, mellow flavor is very satisfying, but the clarity is excellent from start to finish, making it easy to enjoy 🤤. It's been a while since I've had a Yamori, but they are all really good 😋😋😋😋😋😋.
