The sake I chose was Shimantugawa sake, which I have not had for a long time. It has a gentle The sweetness and crisp, clean taste It is the best match for sashimi. It is not flashy but it is an excellent sake that goes well with meals. It is an excellent sake.

The light blue bottle is impressive, perhaps inspired by the Shimanto River. As the label says, it is light. It is refreshing to drink.
