Today is one of the two bottles of sake🍶 I won successfully in Yamaguchi's local sake campaign🍶(^o^)First bottle of Takarabune(^o^)Aroma is lactic acid type aroma. The aroma is lactic acidic. When you drink it, you can taste a little sweetness, lactic acid-like sourness and bitterness, and it finishes clean and crisp. Surprisingly refreshing. It seems to be good with hot sake. I'll try drinking it warmed next time.
When I looked at similar sake, I found a common name (amino acid). I wonder if this acidity is what it is. I hear that sake is now designed to have as little acidity as possible, but I personally think this is also possible.
