New Year's Day is over and it's already the 9th 😅
Still in a bit of a New Year's mood, I bought this Tokugawa Ieyasu 🤔 when I visited Hananomai Sake Brewery last year.
The naming is awesome!
It tastes deep and dry and is the kind of sake I like to drink when I'm relaxed and at ease, perfect for drinking cold in a heated room on a cold Thursday night like this.
