Tonight, this! I found this at KALDI 😊. He was so cute, I brought him home 😁. The aroma is weak, but it's like a junmai ginjo, fruity, and the taste is gentle and easy to drink 😊. I don't feel a strong sense of sake, so even those who are not used to drinking sake may find it easy to drink. ...... It is a good sake, both in taste and in character. ☝️

This delicious sake is sold at many supermarkets in Shizuoka Prefecture and is sold only seasonally every year. The alcohol content is 18 degrees, but I personally think it tastes sweeter and tastier when slightly watered down to about 15 degrees alcohol content.
