This seems to be the newest sake brewery in Japan. I have been looking for this sake for a long time and have not been able to find it, but I happened to come across it at a liquor store near my parents' house👏.
This sake has a sweet, fruity, fresh aroma like strawberries and apples with an elegant aroma that is not too assertive.
The overall flavor is powerful but soft on the palate, with a good amount of acidity on a sweet base. It is well-balanced with bitterness, making it a delicious sake. The price is a little expensive, but it was a very satisfying sake.

The aroma is a fresh ginjo sweetness❗️As you take a sip, you get a dense texture on the tongue, followed by a tangy, sharp spiciness❗️After that, the fruity aroma of the ginjo leaves your nose❗️Great sake❤️

Dinner tonight, steak and mini pizzas as last night. Dessert was Earl Grey ice cream🍨 and Earl Grey dacquoise. I was impressed by the Iraka-kun, which appeared at the dessert time. It goes well with sweets 🥰 It has a subtle grape-like aroma, a little bitterness and sweetness, no astringency or alcohol, very elegant.
It's not easy to find Irakakun, but I wanted to try other drinks: ❣️
