This is also my first sake from Nagano. The sweetness and acidity give it a complex flavor 😋. I'm still enjoying encountering sake I've never had before. ☺️ Nagano is said to be the prefecture with the second largest number of sake breweries in Japan, so you can expect to encounter sake you have never heard of. I recommend a trip to Nagano to everyone. ★★★★☆

Brewed by Wadaryu Shuzo in Ueda, Nagano Wada Ryu Junmai Freshly Pressed Unpasteurized Sake This sake is badass 😂. I heard it was freshly made, Fresh and juicy. Rough and gassy, the gasiness alternately stimulates the upper and lower jaw alternately stimulating the upper and lower jaw ⚡⚡⚡. This is also exciting and awesome 😆. I found a great sake 😆.

Bought this sake on a trip to Nagano. Easy to drink and good. Not too sweet, but not too spicy either. It has an aroma and flavor. I would be happy to have it nearby as an everyday sake. I think it is that kind of sake. I like this sake.

Since we are drinking at the restaurant, I'd like to try something I've never had before. Wada Ryu. I see it when I go to Nagano, but I have never bought it! My favorite of the ones I drank that day 😊. I like the sake of Hitogokochi as well 🐢!

I liked the sake from Shinshu Ueda so much that I went to buy some lol. I didn't get the one I was looking for, but I did find a new brand. Wada Ryu Tosui. The brewer himself visits other companies and borrows their facilities to brew his sake. It has a strong taste with a nice sharpness.

Wada Ryu-Tosui Yamae-Nishiki Nama-Shu Pure(?) like sugar! It has sweetness! Mouthfeel like it has a strong umami, but not too strong, easy to drink! There were other sake rice varieties available, so maybe next time I'll buy more than one and compare them!

😄 Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 70 Alcohol content: 15 Good evening 🌙 Today's drink is a modest size. I went to Niigata and Nagano last week. After buying two bottles of Shinshu Kamerei at Okazaki Shuzo (only one of each kind per person), I also visited Wadaryu nearby. Wadaryu Tosui is available at my favorite liquor store in Kawasaki, so this time I went here. It has a strong acidity and umami flavor without sweetness. For me, it was a good sake to drink with food. When I told him about my favorite liquor store, he said "please give my regards", so I contacted the liquor store (my e-mail friend) and he said "I just got a call from Mr. Wada Ryu, you must be talking about Ane-san (tentative name)". It's a pretty good connection ⭐️.

Rice used is unknown Since this brewery does not have a sake brewing license, it is said that the brewery goes to Nagano Meisho to make sake. There is a pattern of having sake brewed on consignment, but this method is unusual. I imagined it would be a good old-fashioned sake from the label, but it was light and very easy to drink ❗️. It has just a hint of sweetness and is very refreshing with little alcohol. It was a seriously good sake❣️
