29th brewery on a walking tour of temples, shrines, and sake breweries Speaking of Ueda, Shinshu Kamerei is the best sake brewery in Ueda 😀. Unfortunately, there was no tasting at the brewery, but we were able to get a limited edition sake from the brewery 😀. Today's total walking distance was 14 km... We walked a lot today, but we had a great time meeting many breweries 😇. We couldn't drink Shinshu Kamerei at the brewery, so we had it at an izakaya near our hotel 😇. Drinking local 🐢san is also very special 😀. Tomorrow morning we will be separated from Kaorin 🤣. Tomorrow, Kaorin will line up in the morning for 🐢san's other brewery limited edition sake sale, and I will go to Miyajima Sake Shop in Ueda to pick up the 🐢san liquor store limited edition sake that I won in a drawing😇. Tomorrow morning is going to be busy too 🤣.

Good evening, Yasube! You must have had a great time walking around the breweries today ✨. Ueda is the place for Shinshu Kamerei, isn't it? ⤴️ We'll be going our separate ways tomorrow to make sure we get our limited edition Kamerei 😁✨.

Good evening, Yasubeyesan 🌛You're right 💦I thought Shinshu Kamerei-san was mature enough not to go since you just posted that it was the last one 🤣It's great that you can conveniently take 3 bottles home: ✨️

Hi, ma-ki-chan 😀 After all, the best part of visiting a brewery is to get the limited edition sake, and this time we were blessed with good timing😇. I had planned my trip to Ueda a month in advance, so there was a chance of striking out 🤣.

Hi Nao888 😀 I actually went to Okazaki Sake Brewery for the second brewery, but this brewery doesn't have tasting, so I didn't get to try it yet that day! 🤣. I was able to drink the first 🐢 of the day at a local sake tavern in Ueda at night😇

Good evening, Ao-chan 😀 Okazaki Sake Brewery is very popular and Kaorin went to line up at 7am on the day of the limited edition sake sale, but there were already more than 10 people there and by 9am when they started selling 😅. Yukimura-san is great🙆

This is also my first sake from Nagano. The sweetness and acidity give it a complex flavor 😋. I'm still enjoying encountering sake I've never had before. ☺️ Nagano is said to be the prefecture with the second largest number of sake breweries in Japan, so you can expect to encounter sake you have never heard of. I recommend a trip to Nagano to everyone. ★★★★☆

Last visit to Nagano during the year Pick up some nozawana tempura and horse sashimi 🥰. I can taste the flavor of the rice. Perhaps because it is junmai, it does not have the same sweetness and depth as junmai ginjo. However, the dryness of the sake with a sake strength of +7 washes away the fat of the horse sashimi, making it a crisp and refreshing sake for a meal. I don't dislike it. ★★★☆☆☆☆

Good evening, Kuri the woodsman 😃. Visiting Nagano! I like it 🥹Horseshoes and tempura go well with dry sake 🍶🤗I think it will taste even better when you drink outside 😋Nozawana tempura! I want to try it😊.

Nozawana Tempura is quite a common menu item at bars in Nagano. Nagano is said to have the second largest number of sake breweries in Japan, so you can still expect to encounter sake you never knew existed! The food is also delicious😋. I highly recommend a drinking trip.
