Sake Day I wanted to open something from the fridge😅. I've never heard of this sake before but I've been curious about it since Mariponnu's check-in 😊. First Koimari! I can't imagine how good it smells from the label. It's very fruity and sweet! It also has a nice exit feeling. The finish is clean and crisp👍👍.

映画「一献の彼方に ―酒造好適人々― 」制作委員会は、動画配サイトVimeoにてドキュメンタリー映画「一献の彼方に ―酒造好適人々―」のWEB上映を、4月17日(金)～5月17日(日)の期間限定で、500円にて配信します。 小さな酒蔵と人々の "情熱"をとらえたドキュメンタリー 本作品は、創業350年の小さな酒蔵と、そこにまつわる人々の "情熱"をとらえたドキュメンタリー映画です。長野県上田市で一年半かけ取材し、制作された本作品は、世界最古のインデペンデント映画祭である「ヒューストン国際映画祭」をはじめ、アメリカやヨーロッパの映画祭で入賞、評価されています。東京での上映も企画中のところ、新型コロナウイルスによる影響により、休日も在宅の方が多いと思われることから、 WEB上映が企画されました。 映画の舞台は信州上田の小さな酒蔵 本作品の舞台となるのは、長野県上田市に所在する岡崎酒造株式会社。創業350年の歴史ある、小さな酒蔵です。蔵を継いだ「杜氏」岡崎美都里と、婿入りした「社長」岡崎謙一が時にぶつかり合い、時に支えあいながら日本酒を醸してきましたが、近年は売り上げの低迷により今後の方向性を見い出せないでいました。 存続が危ぶまれる棚田 一方、上田市で唯一の棚田「稲倉の棚田」は、農林水産省の「日本の棚田百選」にも選ばれる風光明媚な田園。しかし近年は生産者の高齢化や、維持の担い手不足などその存続が危ぶまれていました。 「想い」をつなぐ そこで岡崎酒造と稲倉の棚田がタッグを組み、「Made in 上田」の酒を醸すことになりました。しかし、だだ「モノ」を造るだけでは世間には伝わらない、“味”や“蔵の歴史”だけでなく、その背景にある生産者や地域の魅力を伝えることが使命と考えました。地酒屋、居酒屋、ソムリエが関わることによって、日本酒が単なる「モノ」から「コト」へ変わり、飲み手に伝わっていきます。日本酒に関わるそれぞれの「想い」をつなぐ物語がいま始まる・・・！ 「日本酒」や「地域」への想いを、今できることで発信するSAKETIMES | 日本酒をもっと知りたくなるWEBメディア

Long time no see Heppoko check in 🎉🎉! This is a sake 🍶 that I got from Heppoko's partner the other day! Ko-Imari Maeflow☺️☺️. Last time I checked in this brand was with Propulsion 😊. Huh? Not at all! I thought it would have a sweeter taste because it's a SAGA 😳...but it's a dry food sake! I have the impression that it's a dry food sake 👍. I drank it without any snacks, but I had some cod roe...it went well with it 🥰. And to top it all off, it might be great with some grilled deep-fried tofu, right? I'm not sure what to think 🧐🧐. What can I say, it is indeed Saga quality! It's a precious sake given to me by a very special person, so I'm going to savor it and drink it.

We named the sake "propulsion" in the hope that it will give us the energy we need to move forward, despite the challenges we face in this world. The Ko-Imari Shuzo "Mae" brand does not normally have a "Nama-shu", but this is a special "Nama" version as an extra edition.

On the 25th and 26th, the Ko-Imari Sake Brewery, which brews Mae I was told about it by the president and the brewer whom I met before for some reason, but.... I overslept and went to the brewery in a rented car. I left the place only to buy limited sake and say hello to the brewer... Cold sake Slight aroma It's gassy but very subtle. I personally feel it is more powerful than the previous series, probably due to the fact that it is a draft sake. It has an astringent taste compared to the light nigori Esperanza. It can be easily enjoyed on its own, so be careful not to get drunk. ⚠️
