On the day I opened it, I felt it was too easy to drink and rather unsatisfying, but as the days went by, the fresh, light sweetness like muscat and the flavor that oozes out gradually came out at the same time. I don't think that tasty is usually a compliment.
I drank it after a few days of drinking, and the flavor has increased and it tastes better 🙌The aroma is also fruity and refreshing. Flowers? Mango in the morning? The moment it enters the mouth, it has a mildly gorgeous, gently fruity rice aroma.

Tonight, our first in the series, Aizu Otokoyama Kai from Fukushima Aizu ✨.
First of all, the specs are 100% Fukunoka with Jungin polish and 16% alcohol.
The aroma is clear with a hint of pineapple and a mojito-like flavor in the second half. The attack is soft and sweet just like the aroma, but soon the acidity and bitterness overtake it and it has a nice crisp finish 👍 It is perfect as a mealtime drink and is very easy to drink without feeling too much alcohol 😋.
