Tonight, our first in the series, Aizu Otokoyama Kai from Fukushima Aizu ✨. First of all, the specs are 100% Fukunoka with Jungin polish and 16% alcohol. The aroma is clear with a hint of pineapple and a mojito-like flavor in the second half. The attack is soft and sweet just like the aroma, but soon the acidity and bitterness overtake it and it has a nice crisp finish 👍 It is perfect as a mealtime drink and is very easy to drink without feeling too much alcohol 😋.

The first half of GW was spent at my wife's parents' home in Aizuwakamatsu! The weather was beautiful and the yaezakura cherry blossoms were just starting to fall, so it was very nice! 💦. This one was purchased at Aizu Shurakukan. They were having a sales event for Aizu Otokoyama. They are making sake again after a 20-year hiatus, changing the brand name from "wa" to "kai" (回), and are aiming to further expand their circle of people and move forward. The taste is gentle, slightly young melon, It has a smooth and smooth mouthfeel, Sweetness on the attack with a hint of bitterness, The rich umami has a strong alcohol taste with a sharp alcohol aftertaste, It is slightly dry with a freshness and crispness, It is delicious! === Delicious! INOMATA65" is named after the toji who revived the brewery after 20 years. At the entrance, the aroma is lost from the sake vessel material and cannot be taken away. In the mouth, the clear mouthfeel has a beautiful rice flavor and sweetness riding on soft acidity, and the finish is gentle, clean, and quiet. This is fantastic ✨✨ I love the sweet umami that expands in the middle of the elegant, clean, clear mouthfeel ✨It's a nama-shu, but it's definitely one that can be warmed up. I found a great sake 🍶. I would love to try another one.
