INOMATA65" is named after the toji who revived the brewery after 20 years. At the entrance, the aroma is lost from the sake vessel material and cannot be taken away. In the mouth, the clear mouthfeel has a beautiful rice flavor and sweetness riding on soft acidity, and the finish is gentle, clean, and quiet. This is fantastic ✨✨ I love the sweet umami that expands in the middle of the elegant, clean, clear mouthfeel ✨It's a nama-shu, but it's definitely one that can be warmed up. I found a great sake 🍶. I would love to try another one.

At Hasunuma Hikuidori I heard that my favorite Aizu Otokoyama was there, so I went there! It was my first visit to Hikuidori and my first visit to Hasunuma. The second Yume no Kaori Wadaya Special! A little sweet and delicious Croquettes and other delicacies were also delicious!

On the day I opened it, I felt it was too easy to drink and rather unsatisfying, but as the days went by, the fresh, light sweetness like muscat and the flavor that oozes out gradually came out at the same time. The drinkability is the same, and the aftertaste is not too strong, but the flavor is very assertive.

Being a Junmai Daiginjo, the aroma, sweetness, and a slightly tangy sourness on the tongue can be felt at first, but the nigori sake has a refreshing aftertaste. It was recommended to me by the store owner, and he was right.

Fukushima sake again tonight 😊First Otokoyama 🙌 Tomorrow is September! Just 4 more months to go and this year will be over... I'm so emotional. I wonder if I will end up posting something silly this year too 😆 Well, it can't be helped! Let's go have fun! I don't think that tasty is usually a compliment. I drank it after a few days of drinking, and the flavor has increased and it tastes better 🙌The aroma is also fruity and refreshing. Flowers? Mango in the morning?
