Sake rice: 100% Ichihozumi

It is said that this sake goes well with cheese.
I am not sure if it goes well with cheese or not, but it was sweet and delicious anyway 🤗.
My favorite turtle tail from my favorite Onogawa!
The turtle on the label is cute too!
The bitterness of Kame-no-o comes after the unexpectedly strong sweetness and umami!
It goes well with Japanese food!
A true Tenka taste. Modest and gorgeous aroma, gentle sweetness, slight bitterness and sharpness. The sake is not as heavy as the -7 sake level, and flows smoothly. Delicious, maybe the best Tenka!

This is an autumn sake from Onogawa in the Yokote Basin, an area famous for its heavy snowfall and famous for the Kamakura Festival.
It is said that it is a single-bottle fire-brewed sake, so it is different from hiyaoroshi, or autumn sake. ......
Just from this description alone, one can imagine the deliciousness of this sake.
It has a refreshing acidity, and when you take a sip of it, the aroma and flavor spread quickly in your mouth.
It was the first autumn sake of the year ^ ^.
The aroma is clean and honeyed 🍯.
The mouthfeel has the unique flavor of ripe rice with a wonderful mellow texture 😋.
It is crisp and sharp from the mid-palate so that it does not become heavy, and finishes with a chiri-chiri-chiri-chiri-chiri bitter aftertaste. ❗️
A very satisfying bottle that you will want to drink slowly and deliberately. ❗️
Delicious 🤤!
I've had a lot of Tenka in the past, but this Aubergine Autumn Sake was a first for me!
This was another refreshing and delicious sake!
The season is already autumn!
Lingering summer heat still lingers in Kanto
It's a great season in Hokkaido!
I am looking forward to the autumn sake and hiyaoroshi (grated sake) 😌.

The meeting surrounding TOMO-san 2024⑥.
I heard it's called "Heart Label" ♥
I don't remember if it's Amahana or Onogawa, but tomosan said they don't see it in Kumamoto, so here it is 😊.
It's been a long time since I've had Amahana 😆.
I often come to department stores and there are many places where I can buy it, so I tend to put it off thinking I can drink it anytime 🙄.
I think it was pretty fruity, but the Hana Yuu was too sweet and after that it didn't leave much of an impression😅.
It seems to have a gaseous taste when it's freshly opened.
Seems like it's a sake released around Valentine's Day.
Good morning, bouken!
I see Dainogawa but can't find Tenka 😂Tenka is sweet and I like it so I want to take my time drinking it at home 😋 but after Hana Oup, it surely didn't impress me 🤣.
Hello TOMO ☀☀☀☀.
When I looked at the official website, I thought I saw some Tenka but not so many Onogawa😅.
Is it a regional thing or something 🤔?
It was hard to tell what it tasted like, I'd like to try it again at home 😁.
Although it is a regular sake, sake is used as brewing water instead of water. It has a sweetness unique to Tenka, and also a honey-like sweetness like the label. It seems to have a slight meadiness.
