At the usual restaurant.
There was a first brand, so I asked for it.
Since it was unfiltered raw sake, I thought it would be fruity and delicious, and it was as good as expected. ❤️
Since it is a sake that claims to be dry, I wondered how the dryness would work on me as I drank it.
The first and second sips were fruity and I couldn't see the dryness, but as I drank more and more, it became sharp and the fruity feeling went away. It was a very strange taste.
Tangy and schwarziness.
Gorgeous, apple-like fruity aroma, but quite light on the palate.
Slightly rice aroma lingers in the aftertaste.
Slight sourness and a firm bitterness with a crisp aftertaste.
The label of the turtle is a symbol of a turtle that not only gets you drunk, but also intoxicates your heart, and the sake is brewed with this in mind.
First of all, it has a nice aroma, and in addition to the sweetness of the rice in the mouth, it has a good impact with a good amount of bitterness.
The taste of this rice is a superb junmai daiginjo that I have not tasted very often.
