Tenka Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Yamadanishiki Tora Label
The brewery is located in Omorimachi, Yokote City, Akita Prefecture.
The rice is polished to 45% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture.
Fruity aroma and elegant rice flavor,
The taste is mild and refreshing.
#Sake
Repeat Heart Label
Slight apple-like sweetness and moderate acidity with a clean aftertaste.
It has a clear finish that doesn't go all the way to the fruity trend!

The mouthfeel is fruity and light, but the sake feeling comes later, but the aftertaste is clean and sharp again!
It also goes well with peculiar delicacies that do not match the beauty of Gohyakumangoku and the cuteness of the jacket!
The label is a cool goldfish label reminiscent of summer 🎐The sake rice is Akita Sake Komachi with white malted rice. The floral ginjo aroma is fresh and light to drink, but the umami is also well balanced. The clean aftertaste from the white malted rice is also nice. ☺️
The label is sweaty and tattered in this photo 💦.
Tenka, I've had many different kinds and they are also delicious 😋.
A sweet and tasty sake 🍶.
I'm getting better at drinking dry sake than I used to, but I still prefer sweet and tasty 💕.
Thank you for coming! Off-line meeting of Kansai Sakewa
Gura-san's party (8)
If you drink Murasaki Uchu, you have to drink Onogawa of the same Sake Capital Group.
Onagawa Tenka Junmai Ginjyo Summer Sake (Nama-zake)
I always think the illustration and coloring of the label are wonderful on Onogawa. The summery, refreshing acidity and gentle, elegant flavor are just like a summer sake.
I personally prefer Tenka to Murasakiu because Tenka has a darker flavor than Murasakiu in the Sake Capital group. I prefer Kame-no-o with the turtle mark and Akita Sake Komachi with the heart label.
Good morning, Nemuchi 😀
It's great that you remember so many different tastes and characteristics of each one 😇.
I went to a sake tasting on Sunday and gave up after writing for 2 breweries because the tastes got mixed up😅.
Hi Yasbay, I just write down a few words because I almost never remember when I drink outside or at events 📝 but I always lose track at the end 🤣The sake tasting on Sunday sounded like fun 👍I wish I could have gone 😭.
Sweetness: 2
Umami: 3
Astringency: 2
Acidity: 2
Bitterness: 4
Fullness, body: 4
Flavor: Muscat, Banana
The attack has a delicious flavor reminiscent of muscat and banana.
However, after that, bitterness covers the taste, and it is easy to drink without getting dull.
It seems to go well with sashimi, and it may be easier to match with light white fish 🤔.
