Tenjinbayashi from Uonuma Shuzo, Special Honjozo Nama Nigori Sake!
It's a muddy sake!
A fluffy, clear aroma of molasses,
It has a rich, creamy, creamy texture with a refreshing sweetness and umami flavor,
Soft, fresh, and slightly tangy,
It looks like it might give you a strong kick, but it has a surprisingly light aftertaste,
It is refreshingly dry and crisp, and you will not feel the alcohol content of 20 degrees Celsius,
You can drink it in small sips and not stop,
It's dangerous to drink it in large gulps,
It's delicious!

Good morning, Golden Cat Demon 😃.
I gobble it up without stopping at chibi chibi😚😋20 degrees pirifresh ‼️ this is dangerous ⚠️ yes but I want to try the sharp and dry one 🤗
Tokamachi's local sake, bought on a business trip to Niigata. Most of the sake is consumed within the prefecture. It tastes sweet and heavy, and is slightly different from the light and dry image one has of Niigata sake. It is made from Koshihikari rice, so it tastes like eating rice.
It is in the lower left of the photo. It is nigori sake, but it is easy to drink and delicious. However, it has a strength of 20%. It looks easy to drink like makgeolli, but you can never be too careful...
It tasted faintly like grapes or dried grapes.
It is rather sweet, but there is a bitter taste at the end.
I wonder if such a reasonable price is acceptable.
