At the Tachibanakura Shuzo booth, there was a brewer I spoke with at the Hankyu event, so I spoke to him. He recognized me and remembered me.
The brewery's amazake Premium.
It has a refreshing taste with a hint of sourness and sweetness. The cup still had some bumps, which I thought was a waste.
I introduced myself as the brewer who is in charge of the production of amazake and said hello.
