We liked its firm umami without any impurities.
The apple-like sweetness is smooth and smooth on the tongue, and it is a beautifully sharp sake that does not feel like it has been soaked in alcohol.
It went well with bonito tataki.
I was glad to be able to compare the "Mutual" sakes that I had been curious about. All of them tasted like green apples and were delicious. The light nigorigo was delicious, but I preferred the hidden ball of Nagano R yeast 😋.
Good evening Rutemi 😃
I was so drunk that I forgot to tell the brewer that I was going to buy 300ml of this sake later because I couldn't fit 4 gos of it in the fridge 🤣 I didn't realize that it was a very matured sake 😳.
Hi Lutertemi 😀
I was at the Hankyu too, but unfortunately I couldn't taste or buy any sake as I attended a tasting and talk session by a Kyoto proprietress at the event 😅.
Good evening, Mr. Yasube.
I am so proud of you, Yasube, for having studied so much at the same event. I am interested in tasting and talking with the proprietress of Kyoto.
The balance of a good Junmai Ginjo sake.
This was the first time for me to drink Hitogokochi sake, but I feel that the sweetness becomes stronger when heated.
I rate it 4 stars, which is a little high for its cost performance.
Junmai-shu 100% Nagano rice⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15-16 degrees
I bought this sake as a souvenir for myself at the sake corner of the supermarket "Tsuruya" on the way back from a hot spring and ski tour.
I decided to enjoy it cold and warmed.
Cold (room temperature): Mellow and smooth, with a good taste of rice.
Hot sake (heated): more sharpness than mellowness 😋.

The last bottle I brought back from Ueda.
It was sweet in the mouth! Then it was immediately spicy!
It's like a roller coaster with extreme tastes. I think it's a roller coaster.
