The balance of a good Junmai Ginjo sake.
This was the first time for me to drink Hitogokochi sake, but I feel that the sweetness becomes stronger when heated.
I rate it 4 stars, which is a little high for its cost performance.

I bought this sake as a souvenir for myself at the sake corner of the supermarket "Tsuruya" on the way back from a hot spring and ski tour.
I decided to enjoy it cold and warmed.
Cold (room temperature): Mellow and smooth, with a good taste of rice.
Hot sake (heated): more sharpness than mellowness 😋.
