I travel every week in a row, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. It atrophies without a holiday for three weeks. That's why I'm soaking in alcohol on my business trip. This time is this! It is Kihei. It's soft and has a good flavor. This is what sake is all about, isn't it? I think it's a royal taste like this. I was satisfied with a can of mackerel and a can of yakitori.

I went to the supermarket because I wanted a drink for the evening to drink while watching the opening game of the Premier League.
I bought a bottle of Kihei's Omachi, a sake made by the Shizuoka brewery, expecting to like it as much as I liked the gorgeous Omachi.
It was not what I had imagined, it was more like a classic Shizuoka sake. It is very light and dry.
