Tohokuni Daiginjo 100% Yamada Nishiki This Daiginjo is made in Furudono Town, Fukushima Prefecture. The mouthfeel is very calm. After that, the flavor of Yamada Nishiki, or mellow aroma, comes. It is a sake with a strong presence that can be savored with every sip. The reason I say this is because we have been drinking summer sake lately, so you can feel the presence even more! That's right!

This is a Gold Award-winning sake from Toyokuni Shuzo, which has a brewery in Furudono-machi, Fukushima Prefecture, and has been brewing sake for over 200 years. The aroma of melon and soft sweetness comes in, and the mouth is filled with a good amount of bitterness and flavor! It has a smooth mouthfeel and a perfect balance that will keep you coming back for more. The sake is brewed by a young 9th generation brewer and is delicious😋.

The end of the year's "Drink Fukushima's Sake and Cheer! Sake that was included in the "Dokodemo Fukushima Shinzake Set". I drank it gratefully as it is not something I would buy for myself 😊. Refreshing aroma that is not too strong, with an elegant sweetness. I wanted to enjoy it slowly, but the sake kept flowing and it seemed to disappear in no time at all 😂.

I have the impression that the sourness is slightly stronger than the sweetness. You can feel the thickening of the alcohol. The alcohol content is a little higher at 17 degrees, and it is very drinkable❗️It is cheap, delicious, and very cosy👍.

Most of the Junmai-shu that is distributed in Japan is Junmai-Ginjo, but this time it's Junmai-Ginjo, a sake that has been stored at a low temperature for half a year! You can enjoy the natural aroma, sweetness and flavor of the rice. I drank it cold, so I could taste its crispness and sharpness, but I think it's a great sake to drink at room temperature or warmed up!

It was advertised as "faintly green apple pear scent," and sure enough! The scent on the nose of the Daiginjo alone smells good, like green apples, like La France. The aroma spreads in the mouth, but it's dry and refreshing, so it's easy to drink.
