Good evening, Pandaras ^ ^
I myself live in the neighboring town of Shiwa. I also love Hamamusume and it has the best cosmetics, so I'm drinking it in the hope that it will rise in popularity and not become scarce ^_^;.
george.
Thanks for your comment. It's generic Akabu, isn't it? I'm glad to be able to benefit from it thanks to the fact that it's available only in Iwate Prefecture.
5.0
This is an Iwate Prefecture-only brand of Akabu.
Is this another returning brand?
Freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake. Fresh and refreshing. Fresh and crisp.
It's nice. This is good.
Scoring: ☆☆☆☆
Next up is Hamamusume👧, a limited edition from Iwate.
This is the first time I've had that freshly squeezed sake 😋.
Opening the bottle🎉.
If Akabu is citrusy and refreshing, this one has a mellow aroma with a hint of melon.
When you put it in your mouth, the acidity is weaker than Akabu. It has a gentle sourness.
The sweetness is quite strong 💕.
The mouthfeel is mild and smooth, but the freshly squeezed, slightly sparkling bubbles stimulate the tip of the tongue 👅.
The alcohol taste that comes afterwards is completely unique to Hamamusume, which is not found in Akabu 😆👍.
It is a modern sake, but if it were a wine, it would be full-bodied and truly a mellow sake 🍶.
End of drinking comparison: ‼️
Both have an Akabu-ness to them though,
But you can't force it? If you separate them
Akabu🟰Sour and sweet sake with a strong sweetness and acidity
Hamamusume🟰Mellow sake with a good taste
💦.
Tastes may differ from person to person.
As an old man from Akita, I think I prefer Hamamusume...
(And cheaper too...)
...hmmm...I'm torn...(-...-;)oh well... -I'm not sure....
While I was wondering, ⚾️ started ‼️💦.
Behold 👀!

The aroma entering through the nose is sweet but not that strong. The acidity and sweetness seem to be in opposition to each other, and the flavor seems strong. Like Akabu, it has no peculiarity. I would like to compare it with Akabu's Junmai sake. It is delicious.
A bottle of Hamamusume in the fridge ^ ^.
My wife had bought it for me.
This Hamamusume is quite tasty and has the strongest cost performance!
My favorite!
It's a privilege of being from Iwate Prefecture.
Thank goodness for months when I have a lot of expenses (^^;;;)

⑩ganshu Hamamusume (Nama Sake)
The brother who is from Iwate recommended us to check the menu again, and we found a brand we had missed!
Akabu's sister brand Hamamusume!
I guess this used to be the main brand of Akabu Shuzo before they moved to Morioka...
What came out was a stylish label that was the complete opposite of the image I had of the brand.
This seems to be a sake made under a special concept.
After returning home, I googled the name "ganshu" and found that it is a phonetic pronunciation of the Iwate sake, and the name was given in the hope of promoting it to the world.
It was sold in March this year as a limited edition set of three bottles, together with drunken sake and Washinoo sake.
They are very enthusiastic about it!
The brother was so thoughtful to pour a glass full of sake, and when I sipped it, it tasted just like white wine!
It has both acidity and sweetness, and it really tastes like a fine white wine. ❗️
Good evening, Haruei Chichi😄
I didn't know there was such a beach girl 😳
I didn't know that ̄ ̄▽; 💧.
It's a raw sake from Ginga, so it must be a definite taste 💕😋.
Good morning Comrade Manachy 😃.
Gamshu is a pretty good collaboration project, so I hope you'll do your best to expand it a bit more nationally: ‼️
Maybe I'll volunteer to promote it in the Kyushu area 😆.
T. KISO, also here😊.
That's right ❗️
I too was taken aback by the completely different image from that beach girl 😁.
But as you pointed out, although the image is different, it was quite tasty👍
This is Hamamusume, a limited edition Iwate sake from Akabu Shuzo.
It is the first time for me to drink it, and although it is rougher than Akabu, I was satisfied with the rice flavor.
It is sweet but refreshing.
It is a generic Akabu.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic)
Alcohol content: 15%.
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Price: 2860 yen/1800ml
I forgot to mention that today is my birthday 🎂.
I came home exhausted from working overtime and found this on my doorstep: ‼️
My wife gave me a pair of New Balance sneakers and a bottle of Hamamusume as a birthday present.
I took a sip after taking a bath.
It has a fresh aroma of melon and a strong taste of Akabu with a high sake content.
It is one of the best sake representing Iwate Prefecture.
Happy Birthday 🎂 to c.george 🎂 Happy Birthday ㊗️🎉🎁 and thank you for working overtime 😊.
NB sneakers👟 and drinks🍾🎁✨ at your door ❣️
I'm sure your fatigue was gone in an instant ⁉︎🤭
You have a lovely wife 🥰.
Tsubu-chan.
Thank you very much.
It was the first time in my life that I received a bottle of sake as a birthday present. Nowadays, I think about the fun evening drinks that I enjoy in the evenings (laughs).
Good morning, c.george, ☺️
Nice to meet you. Happy Birthday 🎉. You have a really kind and caring wife 🥰c.george, it's because of the wonderful things you do on a daily basis💖.
Mayuko
Good morning.
Nice to meet you. My wife also likes sake, so I guess her gift will inevitably be sake. The hot days are continuing, please take care of yourself.
🥂
Another brand of Akabu Shuzo, Hamamusume!
The aroma is like sweetness 😌.
Soft and sweet on the palate 😋.
Slowly tasting the umami and acidity with a clean dry aftertaste 🤤.
Very easy to drink and delicious 👍
Good evening, T.KISO 😊.
The sake was delicious but a bit strange. At first I thought it was sweet? but at the end it was sharp and clean... a gentle sweet and spicy easy drinking sake👍
Junmai Shiboritate Nama Sake🍶.
Traveling on the Hakodate Main Line🚃.
We left Choumabe early in the morning and took the Hakodate Honsen mountain line to Sapporo 🚃From Sapporo, we took the limited express back to Hakodate.
A bit of hot, sweet and bitter grass. Some schwa. Light ✨. I had it in a cooler bag so it's cooler than room temperature but could be more kinky cold 🤔 with some zangi as a snack 😋.
