First half of GW
Buying for the economy ^ ^.
I was looking forward to having a drink with it tonight...
I was looking forward to it, but I had to give it up because I was on duty for an emergency response.
Oh no, the week is over 🙌 Tomorrow is the holiday weekend...! 😁😁
Let's open the bottle: ❗️ The nose is fresh with a hint of sweetness. The first sip has a melon-like flavor, followed by a good sweetness and a hint of bitterness. Easy to drink 😆 Delicious!
I'll try it with scallop sashimi. The scallops give it a sweetness of their own, and the scallop roe gives it more sweetness and umami. Best 👍
Looks like I'm going to have a good holiday: ☺️

Sake to buy immediately when you see it in Iwate Prefecture
Sake that is easy to drink and cost-effective
Goes well with swordfish I got at the Miyako City Fish and Vegetable Market.
Sweetness: 4
Umami: 3
Astringency: 1
Acidity: 2
Bitterness: 3
Fullness, body: 3
Flavor: Banana → Melon
The color is a little yellowish, and the top-tasting aroma is raw material and a slight banana-like aroma.
The attack is banana-like sweetness and flavor that seems to thicken on the bottom. The lingering aroma is a clean bitter taste reminiscent of melon.
Although I live in Iwate, this was the first time I drank Hamamusume!
The balance of sweetness and bitterness, and the sharpness is pleasant and keeps the cup going 😄.
On the second day, I got the impression that the sweetness was a little more angular than right after the start of the war. The sharpness is still the same, so this one might be better as a food sake 🤔.
Hamamusume Iwate limited edition Junmai-shu
The long-awaited "Hamamusume" found at a liquor store in Ichinoseki.
The taste is just like AKABU's Junmai-shu.
Fresh, mellow, easy to drink, delicious, and cost-effective!
Well, I feel like drinking again 😅 so I opened this bottle even though it's Monday👍.
My first Hamamusume (*Akabu's Iwate-only brewery sake), a perk of living in Morioka in a way 😉.
So let's get started. The nose has a hint of sourness and a little bit of alcohol. The mouthfeel is sweet and juicy, with a hint of bitterness at the end. Anyway, it is easy to drink 😄.
Serve with boiled flounder. The sweet and tasty flavor of the sake became even stronger when combined with the finely textured, elegant and light flavor of the stewed flounder. Delicious and cosy 😋I'm going to buy some more 🏃♂️

Oh, I want to drink Hama Musume....
Apparently, one out of every three people in Iwate Prefecture has this urge.
This is the Iwate-only junmai sake that I keep buying on repeat.
A privilege of Iwate residents.
**:. o(≧▽≦)o . . :**
Sake bought by an acquaintance who was going to Iwate.
Fresh and shuwa-feeling
Sake with no peculiarities
Can you get this kind of sake anywhere? I envy Iwate where I can buy it!
4.6 stars
This sake was made for the New Year.
It was a very tasty sake, fresh, mellow and umami with a slight bubbly taste.
It is also very cost-effective, and I envy the people of Iwate Prefecture!
Drinking comparison (๑🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶💕)
This is what we drank last month 💧.
Iwate Prefecture limited, on sale on 25th
Koch wins for the opening sound: ❣️
I think the freshness is also Kochi's. ☺️
I think it has more sweetness than fire-roasted.
I think it has more sweetness than fire-roasted, but the bitterness might be more noticeable 🤔.
My personal preference is Koch 👆.
Good evening, Eririn-san. This is Akabu Shuzo! It is a fantastic sake, isn't it? I hope you will have a chance to come across it. I am grateful to know about various sake. ☺️
Good evening, Erin😄.
I was comparing the Hamamusume fire-brewed and fresh drinking 🎶.
I was comparing with Akabu, but Kochi is a legit comparison: 💕︎
Considering the price, both are good enough 😆👍
Touch Tacchi konbanhar (o´ omega`o)no~~!
It's only available in Iwate Prefecture, so it's a travel ⊂(*´yesu`*)⊃ oidet.
The price is cheap and even supermarkets have it, so people in the prefecture are a big help: ☺️
