Junmai Ginjo⁉️
It's distributed only within the prefecture...first time 🤩.
As expected from Akabu Shuzo ⭕️
Fresh and gassy ✨.
Exquisite balance👍
The aftertaste is firm
Now the golden one on the right ^ ^.
This one I drink all the time.
I know it tastes good, but this is my first time to compare ٩٩_.
The conclusion is that both are delicious 😋.
I prefer the blue one, which is 100 yen more expensive.
Thanks to Mr. Akabu, I'm having a wonderful day w
Oh, there are two types of generic red wings!
*...*:. .... .... :*-'(*▽▽*)'*:. .... ... .... :*...'*...
The blue one on the left is Junmai Nama.
I've never had this one.
The blue one on the left is 1400 yen (excluding tax)
The gold one on the right is 1300 yen (excluding tax)
Now, what is the difference of 100 yen....
So, we discussed this with his wife in the store and decided to compare the drinks.
The blue one has a pleasant tingling gas feeling ‼️
It seemed darker than the golden one ^ ^.
I purchased it at a liquor store (Tastovan Ofunato) on my trip. Hamamusume is a sake distributed only in Iwate Prefecture. I rarely buy it, so I went all out and got a bottle! LOL!
My impression was that it was less sweet and aromatic than AKABU, and had a calming taste. I would say it is more of a food sake than a stand-alone sake. Either way, a delicious sake. I am glad I had it!
Limited distribution in Iwate Prefecture. Junmai-shu from Akabu.
It has a well-balanced aroma and taste, and is easy to drink without being too assertive.
The last sake of the day was Hamamusume, a junmai sake from Akabu Shuzo's Iwate-only brewery.
The theme was "the taste of drinking at a sake brewery.
Fresh and mellow.
A good experience.

When I see it, I end up buying generic Akabu no Hamamusume ^ ^.
It is sold in supermarkets, easily affordable, and has a sharp taste that I never get tired of, which is a privilege of Iwate Prefecture residents.
This is a product brewed by Akabu Shuzo and sold only in Iwate Prefecture. The quality of the sake seems to have improved from last year, and it is very fresh and tasty, probably because it is a draft sake. It is a must-try.
Today I stopped running and took a rest day😇I found this one when I went for a walk and bought it immediately. I paired it with some sushi I bought at the Hokkaido Fair 😁🍣.
Let's get started. The nose has a hint of koji, perhaps because it is freshly squeezed. In the mouth, there is a slight gasiness and a good acidity. After that, a pleasant sweetness and umami spread out, and there is a slight bitterness at the end. A sake that is easy to drink 🥂☺️
I had this with sushi for the first time in a long time. It goes well with vinegared rice👍It goes well with everything including white meat and seared blue fish. I think the sweet and savory taste has increased 😉 The only thing is that the tuna smelled a little fishy.

Home drinking.
This is a sake from my hometown Iwate (lol).
It is a nationally famous brand of Akabu, sold only in Iwate.
I found out about it by chance, bought it, and drank it.
Of course, like Akabu, it has acidity and is refreshing and delicious.
This is one of the reasons why I continue to buy it.
It's my favorite type of sake.
I often bring it to gatherings with people from outside of the prefecture, as it doesn't seem to be distributed very often!
