Junmai Ginjo Umarunaru Jiyu
This is a very rich and thick sake with a hint of brown sugar. My favorite type.
Kohama Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-Genjyu
This one is also rich but delicious. It has a lingering flavor that spreads on the tongue.
Ume no Yoshi
Very sweet and tasty, with a refreshing acidity. This plum wine won the gold medal at the Feminaries World Wine Competition 2021.

Nemuchi-san, good evening 😊I received a bottle of Jungin Unfiltered Harusake from Kohama as a gift, and although it is hiyaoroshi, I feel it is exactly what Nemuchi-san was reviewing and I am enjoying it sipping it. It's so good that I can't stop drinking more 🤗.

After the tasting at Nishimura Brewery, we headed to Nagahama and stayed overnight.
Since we were halfway through the day, we skipped lunch and instead enjoyed a piece of saba-zushi (mackerel sushi, 700 yen 😳), funa-zushi (funa-zushi), and sweetfish nuggets at the hotel, which my husband bought for us.
Nagahama Roman beer was also delicious and full-bodied.

I enjoyed Nagahama after a long time. Saba sushi is a popular restaurant in Demachiyanagi. It was delicious with thick meat and a good sourness of sushi rice 😋.
