Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 50% Nama-shu
High malic acid producing yeast No.77
Silver Prize at International Wine Challenge🥈.
The aroma is certainly good🙆.
Although it has 15% alcohol, it is easy to drink without feeling it🫢.
This is a dangerous and delicious drink😋.
It's light but has a strong flavor. It is rather sweet. Tastes more like white wine 💁♂️
This will win an award😅.
It is a fruity liquor in every sense of the word. It is made with malic acid, and the taste is reminiscent of white wine. The sweetness comes first, and then it is rather firm. Today, we paired it with grilled salmon Harasu. It was served crisp and chilled in a wine glass. Thank you very much for your cheerful and refreshing service despite our sudden visit to the brewery.
