I got it as a souvenir from Shiga 🤗.
It is a hiyaoroshi with a blue bottle and orange label.
The color of the sake is unique, a light amber nigori with a reddish hue, like a sunset shortly after the sun goes down.
It is full of brown sugar-like flavor and richness, malted rice aroma, a slight oaky tamari soy sauce flavor, a very slight chilliness, and a deep flavor that wraps around the tongue 😚.
It is so moist and easy to drink that you don't feel the al 18 degrees Celsius. It has a good thickness of sweetness and thickness, and is so delicious that you can easily drink it on its own.

The brewery uses medium-hard water from the famous Mt.
Junmai Ginjo Umarunaru Jiyu
This is a very rich and thick sake with a hint of brown sugar. My favorite type.
Kohama Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-Genjyu
This one is also rich but delicious. It has a lingering flavor that spreads on the tongue.
Ume no Yoshi
Very sweet and tasty, with a refreshing acidity. This plum wine won the gold medal at the Feminaries World Wine Competition 2021.
The brewer was talking to someone else for a while, so we moved on to the next booth.
Nemuchi-san, good evening 😊I received a bottle of Jungin Unfiltered Harusake from Kohama as a gift, and although it is hiyaoroshi, I feel it is exactly what Nemuchi-san was reviewing and I am enjoying it sipping it. It's so good that I can't stop drinking more 🤗.
Mellow
Aromatic flavor with a hint of koji
I was told that it goes well with cheese, and it certainly has an aromatic flavor that makes you think so.
I ran to the refrigerator to find cheese 🧀.

The color is a fairly solid golden yellow. The color is a solid golden yellow, and although it seems quite rich, it is very refreshing. The umami of the rice is strong, and it is quite drinkable.
