The last sake of the night was Kohama special junmai sake from Sato Shuzo.
First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
The moment I felt the sweetness in my mouth, I was immediately hit with bitterness.
The menu listed the sake as slightly sweet, but I found it to be dry and very drinkable.
