まつちよ
SILVA from Miyanomatsu.
It is a single-stage brewed sake with a low alcohol content of 12 degrees Celsius.
The aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity.
It has a sweet aroma with a hint of sourness, and when you put it in your mouth, it tastes sweet and sour with a unique sourness that somehow reminds you of plum wine.
I enjoyed it while wondering what it would be like if I mixed the same one-stage brewed Yukinomayu (formerly Josumori) with plum wine 😊🍶.
