The label says it is light nigori, the brewery's secret sake.
It is crisp and has a very nice koji aroma!
A tangy sourness on the tongue? I wonder if it is a little dry.
It was easy to drink and delicious sake♪
I just joined today and this is my first post.
I'm not a big drinker, but I love exploring flavors and drinking. I'm also a big fan of sake, so whenever I'm traveling to Japan, I try to pick up some good stuff.
Last week, I traveled to Osaka on a business trip, and on my way home, I was planning to buy Dassai 23 at Kansai Airport, but it was too expensive at 9,000 yen, so I bought 梵特撰純米大吟醸. It was 3,500 yen (720 ml).
It was described as 辛口, but to my palate, it was also 甘口. It was a very good sake at 38% ABV with a great balance and deep flavor.
Next time I go to Kansai Airport, I'll be picking up several bottles of this sake instead of Tatsai 23. It is a very good sake.

Here is the second drink of the three local sake tasting contest!
Bon Tokishirazu
Slightly smoky aroma, slightly smoky sweetness on the palate with a lingering smoky finish.
There is something strange about it, maybe it's twisted?
I started to wonder about that, so I quickly drank it up 😅.
When I was over 20 years old, the first sake I ordered at an izakaya was this "Bon Tokishirazu" or "Kuroryu Itchorai" 🥰.
When one of my friends drank too much and got sick, his famous line "Just kill me! It's still talked about among my friends.
A sake that can be drunk cold while it is not yet cold at the bottom of the bottle. It is well-balanced, so it seems to go well with all genres of sake. It has a rather distinct flavor, so it would probably go better with oden and sashimi.
Not sure what all this means.

But
This sake is a blend of Junmai-Daiginjo-shu with a rice polishing ratio of 55% and Junmai-Ginjo-shu with a rice polishing ratio of 55%.
