Stable taste. It has no peculiarities and is always delicious. It is a product that never goes out of style. I recommend it if you want to drink it in large gulps.

Bon Junmai 55
I wanted to try this one, too, but I couldn't find it.
Clear and refreshing sake!
Soft sweetness
Well-balanced?
Delicious 😋.
And a picture of curry udon
I went to 5 udon restaurants this time 😱.
Home drinking.
Closed today, only lunch.
Today's drink is "Bon" which we found at the supermarket.
We had sashimi, yakitori, and simmered dishes.
The aroma is fruity.
The taste is spicy and sweet, and it cuts through the flavor.
It also removes the smell of shellfish and brings out its umami.
It is a food sake.
It is a delicious drink.
Nama-shu is delicious after all. If it is an unfiltered, raw, junmai daiginjo, you can hardly go wrong with it.
This sake is rich and sweet. And you can buy it for less than 2,000 yen.
[The 2nd Bishu Competition Tasting Event (5)
Next up was another sake tasting from the "Local Sake Tourism" section, this time featuring Fukui sake, which is surprisingly too popular to drink on a regular basis.
Bon Sasayuki
The clear sweet aroma of rice, the strong carbonation on the tip of the tongue, the sweet and refreshing finish, and the pleasantly sweet aftertaste........
Bon" is a representative of Fukui along with "Kuroryu", and many izakayas in Fukui have these two major brands, so I usually don't drink them actively, but it's good after a long time 😁.
This one won the "Top" award in the sparkling category at this year's competition, congratulations 🎉.
Hi Gyve 😃
We actually only drink Kuroryu as Fukui sake 🥲Bon-san is often seen so we tend to skip it 😅Bon-san and Tsuneyama are candidates for our second bottle 🤗.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌛.
Both "Bon" and "Tsuneyama" are very strong sake brands that support Fukui, so I recommend both of them 😁.
I'll add more later, but this "Sasayuki" won the top prize in the sparkling category this year!
