Sake Yume Shibuya
A retrospective version.
I drank alone at Ashihara Onsen ♨️ on a business trip to Fukui in July. I had a pleasant drink at the counter. The next day, I went to Tojinbo. Experienced a cliff 😅.
The color is golden, just like the name of the product, and the sweet aroma spreads subtly as you approach. The palate is round and refreshing with little acidity. The aftertaste is sharp and umakuchi (delicious), and it is a refined product.
Dedicated to all the mayors out there.
Jacket value ... 9/10
The purple label + brown bottle color combo with white lettering is fainting in agony!
Ki ... 16/20
It is not a fragrant one, but it has the smell of evaporating koji + Alc. It has a moderate sugar water feeling and a good sweet/umami taste on the tongue.
Sei... 14/20
It has a strong minerality and a roundness like hiyaoroshi, but it's not too round.
TURN... 14/20
The texture is good, but the minerality is surprisingly persistent.
Conclusion ... 15/20
The texture does not change much until the end.
Costa ... 6/10
Overall evaluation: too mild.
The temperature is higher, the burning sensation increases, and the fighting spirit increases.
Good!
