Japanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`;) I see that the sake is from Nada. I recently found out that there is a small sake brewery in Nada and bought some Houmusume, which was outstandingly delicious! And this Hamafukutsuru! This is also wonderful! It has a beautiful breadth of flavor and just the right amount of body. The best part is the price: about 1,100 yen! I wish there was one in my neighborhood! When I go to Kobe for Onsen (hot springs), it is so close to the station that I might even stop by a sake brewery just for this!

Drinking at home. Purchased at Kurabiraki. 100% Hyogo-Nishiki The color is light amber. The color is clear and very beautiful. When the bottle is opened, a sweet aroma comes through. As expected of a Daiginjo Shiboritate. ☺️ The mouthfeel is slightly carbonated. However, it feels mellow and strange. When you put it in your mouth, you feel sweetness and astringency at the same time. Is it the sense of "sweet and astringent"? I have never tasted anything like it 🤔. The aftertaste has a lingering aftertaste. The combination of sweetness, astringency, and umami makes this sake unique 🍶.
