Japanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`;) I see that the sake is from Nada. I recently found out that there is a small sake brewery in Nada and bought some Houmusume, which was outstandingly delicious! And this Hamafukutsuru! This is also wonderful! It has a beautiful breadth of flavor and just the right amount of body. The best part is the price: about 1,100 yen! I wish there was one in my neighborhood! When I go to Kobe for Onsen (hot springs), it is so close to the station that I might even stop by a sake brewery just for this!

There was a sake tasting of Nada Gogo sake at the conference venue😋. I didn't get a good look at the bottles 😢 so I don't have detailed information about the sake 😅... I drank 3 kinds of sake. Hamafukutsuru Junmai Daiginjo We had it first. It has a firm sweetness and umami, with a spiciness at the end. It was the best of the three. Fukuju Junmai Ginjo Hyogo Nishiki Nama Sake The second one was this one. This one is sweet like Fukuju. It was sweet and disappeared quickly. Hamafukutsuru had a big impact on me, so I felt it was a little short. Nihonzakari Super Special Junmai Ginjo Sobana This is the last one. It has a light sweetness followed by sourness. However, since it was the lightest of the three, I felt the taste was thin. I completely made a mistake in the order in which I drank them. I wouldn't be able to work if I did this at the venue🤣.

Event at Hanshin Racecourse (・・・・) I came to enjoy sake and throw away money! This one was heated! It has a profound acidity and depth of flavor! Hamafukutsuru is great! It's going to be my favorite! It was nice to be there for the first time since just before the new cologne! But the number of people with children and sisters is increasing again! I wonder if there are any coachmen or coachwomen in the local area anymore. I feel so alienated. I saw a bright future when a boy who looked like he was in kindergarten was yelling at me to come to the 9th spot.

Shinjo-san Good evening...not only in Hanshin but also in Chuo, there is no coach shop 😁 Kawasaki has a coach shop next to the paddock that looks like a food stall. I used to take my kids to Chuo because there are more and more families and couples and it's gourmet!
