Japanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`;) I see that the sake is from Nada. I recently found out that there is a small sake brewery in Nada and bought some Houmusume, which was outstandingly delicious! And this Hamafukutsuru! This is also wonderful! It has a beautiful breadth of flavor and just the right amount of body. The best part is the price: about 1,100 yen! I wish there was one in my neighborhood! When I go to Kobe for Onsen (hot springs), it is so close to the station that I might even stop by a sake brewery just for this!

Huh? Sake? The color and aroma are like white wine. It is supposed to be a junmai sake made with wine yeast, but it tastes sweet like a nouveau. It tastes strange.

Slightly amber color. Good balance of flavors. Creamy, caramel sweet, lactic sour, rice bitter, hot dry. The strong refreshing sensation is probably due to the combination of acidity, lactic sweet and sour, bitterness, and dryness, which stimulates the taste buds with a shudder0
