Kesennuma is getting excited about the morning drama! That's why Kesennuma Otokoyama released a collaboration sake with the morning drama. The aroma of the sake is a softly smelling ginjo aroma. You can feel the sweetness and umami of the rice in the mouthfeel, but the finish is dry and crisp without being unpleasant, because it is a good Honjozo. It is a so-called umami dry taste. It's not the trendy sake of the moment, but it has the character of a fishing town that has loved it for years. Today, I'm pairing it with the oyster soy sauce flavored seaweed, which is also a collaboration product, but I think it's perfectly delicious with fish. Personally, I would like to pair it with a thick slice of bonito. There seems to be a good catch of bonito this year. Everyone, please visit Kesennuma after you get the vaccine. It only takes about an hour and a half to get there from Sendai. From there, I definitely recommend Kameyama on Kesennuma Oshima! Thanks for the food!

At Kesennuma City Tourism, we bought a limited edition special junmai sake from Otokoyama Honten. It has a slightly sweet taste and is easy to drink. It also tastes good when heated, so I'll try it next time! The building has a lot of charm.

We opened a bottle of "Otokoyama" to celebrate Dragon Boat Festival! The other day I saw a special feature on NHK's documentary about the breweries that were affected by the earthquake. I wanted to support the brewery and feel their spirit, so when I found it in the Yaoko store, I bought it immediately. The taste was crisp and dry, and I could feel the scent of the sea. I would like to continue to support them and would like to have it at every milestone✨.

Man Mountain ministry. There are so many men's mountains, it's confusing for the drinkers. This is a brewery in Miyagi Prefecture ‼️. I can't believe it's dry, Nambu style. It looks like they're using Hitomebore, the food rice! It has a very nice honey-like and clear feel to it ️️.

Toyoka Tanrei Dry Taste is well known, with a clear aroma of rice, very dry! But it doesn't kill the snacks, it enhances them. The diginjo world's Dekisugi-kun. The tataki of the bonito is also very good, Mr. Dekinosugi. (He's so drunk.)
