#Sake
At room temperature.
It's like old-fashioned sake.
It may be dangerous, but it is good for a little sake on a trip.
Rice polishing ratio 70%.
Alcohol 15%.
If you drink it as it is, it has a strange aftertaste that is hard to describe. If you drink it after eating sea squirts, the strange taste disappears and the aftertaste becomes clear and slightly dry. It goes well with sea squirts, just as the description says!
Honjozo 🍶.
Quite refreshing, like water. Dry. Does not get in the way of eating good food. Perfect score as a daily sake 💯.

frankly speaking
Slight aroma, soft attack. The taste is clean and dry. It goes in smoothly and has a good sharpness.
It is a food sake that does not interfere with the flavors of its accompaniments.
The aroma of lime or alcohol is the dominant aroma.
It is dry, but the sweetness is not so strong in the mouth at first, but it is spicy as the sake moves around in the mouth, rolling and swallowing.
The aftertaste is slightly bitter.
Otokoyama Series No. 9
It is a gift. It is a local sake from Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture. It contains gold powder and I enjoyed it as well as its appearance.
The taste is dry, but nothing to write home about.
