I bought this bottle after visiting the brewery on a trip to Hita.
Sake temperature 6 degrees C. Slight aroma of melon, clean mouthfeel, no acidity or sugar residue on the finish.
At 10 degrees Celsius, the aroma changes from melon to a sweet aroma that is typical of the original sake.
The mouthfeel is still clear, but soft, and the warmed sake is easy to drink, but there is a subtle hint of glue in the aroma.
I wouldn't recommend heating it up. It's easy to drink cold, so I think it will be gone soon.
Well, it's 300 bottles, so I finished it...

I was attracted to the beautiful pink color. I was afraid to open it because it had a tag warning me to open the bottle, but it didn't spurt out.
It was thick and slightly effervescent. It has a sweet and sour taste with a hint of rice flavor. It was like strawberry calpis or amazake.

The taste may seem sweet and sour at first.
It has a complex, unique sake flavor on the back of the tongue.
The aftertaste is refreshing and certainly good as a food sake.
I also feel the freshness that is typical of nama-zake.
It has a freshness that is typical of sake made by Kaorucho, and the individuality of the rice is asserted.
A good pairing with tsukudani and simmered food: ☺️

The aroma has a hint of melon.
Banana aroma on the palate.
It has a thick but not sticky aroma.
When the temperature exceeds 10 degrees Celsius, the aroma of melon is muffled by the sweet and thick aroma peculiar to sake in its raw state.
Dark but soft sweetness
Soft mouthfeel for a hara-shu.
The subtle chirichiri-ness is also good.
It's delicious!
Kuncho Brewery is open to the public, and it's fun to look around.
There is also a paid tasting - I had to hold back because I was driving there (of course)!
