Today in Tokyo, it snowed and turned a little white. And today, February 5, is "nigori no hi (day of nigori). If so, here it is, although it is not a white nigori. It is a low-alcohol (11 degrees Celsius) pink nigori sake. The bottle was opened easily without any bumps and bruises. Pour it into a glass with a dokudoku, or sloshing. It's a continuation of the party with my sister-in-law and her family We bought this at Shijonawate Aeon 300ml ¥677 It took 10 minutes to open the bottle 😓. I was attracted to the beautiful pink color. I was afraid to open it because it had a tag warning me to open the bottle, but it didn't spurt out. It was thick and slightly effervescent. It has a sweet and sour taste with a hint of rice flavor. It was like strawberry calpis or amazake.

The aroma is not spectacular, but it has a unique scent. The taste may seem sweet and sour at first. It has a complex, unique sake flavor on the back of the tongue. The aftertaste is refreshing and certainly good as a food sake. I also feel the freshness that is typical of nama-zake. It has a freshness that is typical of sake made by Kaorucho, and the individuality of the rice is asserted. A good pairing with tsukudani and simmered food: ☺️ I'd like to try it with Iburi ginger too 🎵.

Purchased when I went to see a movie in Hita Sake temperature 8 degrees Celsius The aroma has a hint of melon. Banana aroma on the palate. It has a thick but not sticky aroma. When the temperature exceeds 10 degrees Celsius, the aroma of melon is muffled by the sweet and thick aroma peculiar to sake in its raw state. Dark but soft sweetness Soft mouthfeel for a hara-shu. The subtle chirichiri-ness is also good. It's delicious! Kuncho Brewery is open to the public, and it's fun to look around. There is also a paid tasting - I had to hold back because I was driving there (of course)!

I came on a trip to Oita! Kaorucho, which I have drunk before, I came here to find out that it was Oita's sake. ✏️ It has a robust sweetness like amazake and a rice-like texture. It is a stable and deliciously sweet sake!

Oita Prefecture Junmai Ginjo Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 15 Today is New Year's Eve, so I opened a bottle of sake I bought in Oita Prefecture, where I was traveling. It is a smooth, dry sake. It has a strong alcohol taste compared to its alcohol content. It goes well with oily fish such as tuna.

I think this is a common thing among drinkers, but every time I go out somewhere, I find an alcoholic drink that interests me and pick it up, so the number of bottles does not decrease at all, and if anything, it keeps increasing. That's why I bought this one because of its appearance (๑-̀ㅁ-́ฅ) It looks like strawberry yogurt, but it tastes much like strawberry yogurt too. It has a gentle sweetness and sourness, and the low alcohol content made it easy to drink. It tasted much more like strawberries than the previous strawberry (self-proclaimed).

After the special junmai, we continued with the junmai ginjo. It had a melon-like slightly fruity aroma and a traditional sake alcohol taste. The mouthfeel was sweeter than the special junmai, with umami and a slight bitterness. It was a treat!

This was my first visit to Oita. First, we stopped in Hita to enjoy freshly brewed beer at the Sapporo Beer Hita factory, and then visited the brewery, Kuncho Sake Brewery. The brewery has a museum where old sake brewing tools are on display and can be viewed at your leisure. We purchased two small bottles to drink at the inn, and after a relaxing evening soak in the hot spring, we opened the special junmai first. It was dry and refreshing, with a slight yogurt-like fermentation and alcohol taste. It also had the feel of traditional sake. It was a treat 😄.

Second cup (*^^*) Yes, this is my first aroma. Nice aroma, ethyl acetate aroma too. So rice is tamaei, first time I drink it. It has a bitter taste and a good amount of sweetness. It's intoxicating 😃.
