Sake purchased at Tomekawa Sake Shop, aka Salad Pavilion.
The rice is Matsuyama Mitsui from Ehime.
It is fresh and gassy.
The overall impression is dry, but as the brewer and the liquor store say, it has a strawberry-like flavor.
Once again, the sweetness is moderate.
No, it's really a store with good taste in sake selection. I'll put up the 2022 and 2021 Toyo no Ume as well 😊. I wonder if my boom was apples at that time? I don't remember. (Series 28: Drinking alone in 2023)
Just a reminder 🙏.
Today, after going to "Yakiniku Yamato" for the Banchoukai, my comrade-in-arms and I came to "Tatsumiya" 🍶.
The first sake we had was orizake. After yakiniku, this refreshing drink is the best 😆.
#Drinking at home
I bought this sake because I liked it on a trip to Kochi.
When I drank it again, it was more fruity than I expected.
It's not too flashy, it's a tasty sake, but it's different from the image I had when I drank it in Kochi, and it's rather common.
Well, I was very drunk when I drank it in Kochi, and it might depend on the time it took to be uncorked and the storage conditions.
It is a bit expensive, and there are other cheap and tasty sake in this line.
I'm looking forward to another bottle of Matsuo!
It is not the dry sake of Kochi, but rather a gentle yet tasty sake, so much to my liking that I had to have another one.
I want to buy some to take home!
