This sake is brewed with the same CEL24 yeast as Kameizumi✨.
It's sweet and fruity, but less sweet than Kameizumi😅.

Mellow Sweet Fresh
Lots of fine bubbles in the glass. Mild mouthfeel with fresh gas and sweet and sour taste reminiscent of muscat. After that, it is very smooth and clean.
On a business trip to an izakaya, we selected a rare selection from a lineup of 50 types of sake. Some of them were not yet registered at Sake-no-Wa. I enjoyed the new encounters.
