The fourth in the Niigata Souvenir Series!
Junmai sake-like flavor with an aftertaste that you will never get tired of. It has a mellow flavor.
This is a bottle that is sure to be loved by the locals.
It was sweet and sour and I couldn't help but drink too much of it.
There was just a little bit of oli in it, but I hardly felt it while drinking.
75 points
It is rich and tasty, yet fresh. The dry, dry taste makes it easy to match with food, but it is also beautifully put together in a modern style, making it easy to drink.
It is also delicious when heated.
A good sake for those who have started with fruity junmai sake.
The sweet and sour taste is expressed as much as possible.
It is impressive that it is possible to mix fruity and clear taste. The alcohol content is low, so you can drink it as if it were a fruit wine.
Hiyoroshi purchased last fall. Hoping that it has matured just a little.
At the entrance, there was a sweet aroma of rice, slightly reminiscent of cotton candy. In the mouth, the sweetness of the rice is slightly withdrawn, and a slightly thicker umami flavor comes in with excellent sharpness. While the sharpness comes to the fore, the taste is not too dry. Delicious.
The taste of the rice, which is extremely sharp but still has the umami and thickness of the rice, is a must for those who like so-called "dry" sake. It is a taste that I don't usually drink, and it is delicious.
