It is a very good normal sake. It has a sweet and strong flavor, and it is perfect when heated. It has a moderate alcohol content, which is typical of a normal sake. It is a versatile sake that also makes it delicious! I once thought that Kichiemon Nakamura was a great sake because my brother is a Kabuki fanatic, and this sake may have the same weight. If it's a regular sake, I imagine it would be a Junmai sake, and it would be a very bad one at that! I would definitely like to try the junmai sake! Mr. Ota is in Shinjuku! Mr. Ota went to a sake bar in Shinjuku, where the sake was delicious, and to Robeliya, a very deep bar in Shinjuku's Golden Gai. A 30-minute broadcast in two bars is too short!

Today is the annual New Year's Day visit to Kawagoe Naritasan Naritasan, and then to celebrate the golden wedding of my wife's parents. Dinner. The brand that won the gold medal at the National New Sake Competition on the same day. When you put it in your mouth, the elegant and gentle sweetness spreads, and the sharpness of the alcohol gradually takes effect. There are no hints of miscellaneous flavors. I have always preferred to drink dry sake on the + side (the higher the better), but this was an opportunity for me to broaden my horizons.

When drunk chilled, it had a bitter aftertaste from clear. It also had a strong alcohol taste. As it approached room temperature, it was delicious with a refreshing muscat-like sweetness. Unfortunately, I couldn't drink it warmed 😭 So I did my best to warm it up by hand. LOL! This sake seems to have more flavor at higher temperatures 😊.

Gonda Sake Brewery, a local sake brewery, had a stall at the Industrial Festival. When I ordered a bottle of "Nama-shu" (fresh sake), this was recommended to me! I ordered this one and was recommended this one. It was bottled the day before I bought it, so it was really fresh sake. It was crisp, with a hint of sourness and a heavy, thick texture. I have never tasted such a fresh saké before. I had never had sake this fresh before, and I was impressed by something I had never tasted before. I don't need to complain, it's delicious.
