The alcohol is very low at 8% and it is only 500ml, so when I drank it with dinner, I easily finished the whole bottle😋.

Slightly acidic aroma.
It tastes like the same type of flax kitten I've been drinking lately, more concentrated with a sweet and sour taste, like a lemon-based drink. But this one is sweeter and less alcoholic, so it doesn't feel like an alcoholic drink at all.
There's a little bit of bitterness at the end, but that doesn't feel like alcohol either, very easy to drink.
But I guess this means you don't have to bother drinking it with sake.
