Ingredients Rice, Rice malt Alcohol content Less than 14 to 15 degrees Rice polishing ratio 60%. I bought this because the website said it could be drunk like water. When I drank it at room temperature, it felt like a normal sake in my mouth. However, it didn't leave much on the palate and was refreshing. When I tried it chilled, it wasn't much different. But it felt easier to drink than at room temperature!

Ingredients Rice, Rice malt Alcohol 8 degrees Rice polishing ratio 70%. Impressions when drunk at room temperature I wondered how the ingredients alone could make it so fruity... It tastes like a white wine, just like the Gokujo no Amakuchi. However, it also has a strong sake aroma. Impressions of drinking it chilled I felt it was more fruity and sweet than at room temperature. After drinking it, the sake aroma comes out of your nose slightly. It's definitely better to drink it chilled!

Ingredients Rice, Rice malt, Brewing alcohol Frequency: 10 to 11 degrees Is this really the only ingredient? It is so sweet! You can taste the sourness in it and it has the aroma of sake. It's so low in alcohol content that even those who don't like to drink can enjoy it! ↑I'm not a fan of sake either, so... It's almost like a white wine. I've only had it at room temperature, so I'll write it down when I try it another way. I tried drinking it chilled, so I'll add a note. When you drink it chilled, you don't get as much of the sake flavor. The sweetness is more pronounced! It's much easier to drink when chilled!
