Smells like yogurt
Liquid color is a little yellowish.
Smooth in the mouth
Mild sweetness.
Mild, but sweet, as if it is wrapped in something without corners.
The aroma in the nose is a little earthy. It smells like earth.

I wonder if I would like to try Chiebijin.
I wonder if it would be richer if I warmed it up a little.
I wonder if it's dry.
It is easy to drink without any habits.
I wonder if it is a sake that you can enjoy the aftertaste with your eyes closed.
This is a sake that has been aged for half a year and is served raw without being heated.
It's a rich, umami sweet sake with a little bit of stagnancy✨.
Great with sweet and spicy cooked taro and cheese. ❣️
The aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing so you can go on to the next saké without getting tired of drinking ✨.
Delicious 😋!
October 1 was Sake Day, so our favorite restaurant, Matsuzaki, held an all-you-can-drink event where over 20 brands of sake were offered for free 🥰.
The first sake chosen for this wonderful event was Chiebijin's Hachitan-Nishiki 😋.
I forgot to take a picture of the back label 🙄.
The aroma was fruity and gave the impression of a modern sake, with a hint of pineapple.
The balance between the beautiful sweetness and acidity is wonderful, yet the rice flavor is also present and finishes with a light bitterness 😌.
Overall, it was a delicious sake with a clean, fruity and acidic taste ✨.
Hello, Mr. Ayuio 😃.
I see that you also had an all-you-can-drink party at Matsuzaki on October 1 👍I haven't tried Chiebijin yet, but I always think it looks delicious 👍I always end up drinking too much when I have an all-you-can-drink party!
Good evening, ichiro18 😌.
I see you were here too 😆.
It was actually my first time to try Chiebijin, so I was looking forward to drinking it and I was very satisfied with the sweet and fruity taste 🥳.
I'm drunk before I know it 😭 lol
Afio, I didn't word it right 😅I've never been to Matsuzaki and would like to go there someday, but I was there the same day for the metaphysical festival that I posted before ✨.
First Chibijin, first Oita Prefecture sake🍶.
Finally, my 45th prefecture. I wanted to drink the pink-labeled Junmai-shu, the representative sake, but I rarely come across it, so here it is. It is a raw aged junmai sake. It looks good from the outside ☺️ It has a pronounced umami and acidity, but is also sweet, sharp, and gassy 😋 It's good on its own, but also goes well with fried chicken. Personally, I think it is similar to Nabeshima 🧐.
Yesterday my wife and I went to Ueno to visit the Museum of Western Art and Seiyoken. Yesterday we had a good day off, seeing paintings for free and tucking into omelette hash for the first time in a long time☺️🙆
Hello, studying!
Nice date with your wife at the museum ✨
We've been talking about how we'd love to see some paintings too 🎵
Congrats on your first Chiebijin & Oita Sake 🎉!
Only 2 more prefectures to go 🤗.
Omu Hayashi looks delicious!
Good evening, ma-ki-chan. I've been on a noble date to get a little closer to you, ma-ki-chan, who always has a lot of great dates. I was never interested in paintings when I was young, but now that I am older, I have more opportunities to see them 😄.
Good evening, ichiro18 😃Thank you for the Okinawa information, like ichiro18, I hope to get the cherry blossoms of Katano soon. I can't find them very often, but I'm going to Osaka next week on a business trip, so I'm going to try to get Sandesi!
Good morning, studying 😃.
Congratulations on your first Chiebijin and your first Oita sake ㊗️㊗️ double 🎉It is enriching to be exposed to art 🤗We also need to go to a sake store to appreciate the art of sake labels😁.
Good luck with the other two 👋
Good morning Jay & Nobby 😃Thank you 😊I had a delicious Oita sake. I guess Chiebijin is sweet for you guys. Some of the labels certainly look like paintings 😁.
Purchased in Oita Prefecture. It seems that Kanji Chibijin is the most common name in Oita Prefecture. The aroma is moderate. It has a refreshing sourness and a slight banana taste. It is drier than the traditional Chibijin. I prefer this one.
Today I'm going to try this one from my first prefecture 🎶🍶.
I'm looking forward to it since it's a kijoshu 🤤.
First, let's start with the aroma🎶✨️mmmm💕🤤It has a very gorgeous sweet ginjo aroma, as is typical of kijoshu 😆✨️
The sweetness spreads in the mouth, but it is surprisingly dry 😋😋It also has some umami and body as it has been aged for a year 😋🎶As the comment says, it certainly looks good warmed up 🍶🍶I'll try it tomorrow 😉✨️
The next day I tried it lukewarm 🎶.
The aroma has calmed down a bit, but what is it ❔ it has a strange (not bad 😆) aroma ❔✨️
When you put it in your mouth, the aroma is so rich and dry that you can't help but feel it soak into your body through your throat 🎶✨️ I recommend this one too 🎶😉.
