New sake. I had the bottom of the bottle and the first sip. I was surprised to find they were completely different. The bottom of the bottle is sweet and delicious, with a strong flavor. Kuchikira is gassy and refreshing. Both have a strong ginjo aroma. Delicious! This was on the shelf at Koyama-san. I should have bought it.
Miyamanishiki is used for this product.
You can feel the care that goes into making this sake: no label, just a tag.
It is recommended for beginners because of its low alcohol content and sweetness unique to nama-shu.
This is another sake we received as much as we could drink.
It is called "Junginnamagenshu".
