I'm not feeling well, so I've been trying to cut back on my drinking, but a classmate from junior high school, who I haven't seen in a while, invited me out for a drink and I ended up having one. Oh well.
I found a nice bottle of Naotora and had it. It's so good that I remember it tastes good even when I'm drunk.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but the freshness is dominant and the flavor is good. Isn't the difference between it and the ordinary Naotora too drastic?
Another bottle opened for Valentine's Day🥂.
It's been waiting in the fridge for a while.
I'm a little worried...
It's sweet and fruity with a strong flavor.
But the bitterness afterwards is quite strong. ‼︎
And a little bit of hiney aroma...

The harmony of fresh fermentation gas and umami is very popular".
I was a bit disappointed in this one 😓.
Happy New Year 🎍⛩.
The first sake of the new year is my favorite Naotora extravaganza. It is 100% Miyamanishiki. It has a fruity mouthfeel like a nama sake, but it is spicy at 17 degrees Celsius. It is dry, light, and firm. Although the rice is different, it is in the same category as my favorite Tsururei by Aoki Shuzo, which is super delicious. I love Endo Shuzo, but Naotora is something else! I am a maniac fan!
I bought it at Koyama Shoten and kept it.
