Kaijin is a sake that I remember being served by my senpai in Kagawa with the Corona disaster. This one was recommended to me as the best of today's dry 3. I was impressed by the breadth, depth, and spiciness of the flavor, but it was so delicious that I cannot verbalize it.

It was the second batter of today's spicy 3, not like water, gutsy and spicy, 👌 for the chicken snack. As a result, it was the best of the day.
