金猫魔The Echigo Nagaoka Clan of Sekihara Sake Brewery, Ltd.
The brewery is said to be one of the first breweries to break away from Sanzoushu, a historic Chuetsu sake brewery with an impressive and unique brand name, Guname.
The aroma is also quite peculiar.
It's not that it's old, but it's complex and impactful.
It has a complex and impactful flavor... graininess, woodiness, plantiness...
What is the best way to drink this sake?
I have been experimenting with about three different types of sake cups and different temperatures.
I try to find out what kind of sake is best to drink with three different types of sake cups and at different temperatures.
I try three different types of sake cups and different temperatures to see what kind of sake I like to drink.
The enjoyment is unlimited when the temperature is changed.
This one definitely warms up well, and I think I'm more into the snake-eyed kiki-inokuchi type than the flat cup.
The flavor softens and the thick mouthfeel brings out the subtle sweetness.
The thick mouthfeel softens the flavor and brings out the subtle sweetness.
The acidity is kept in check, making for a full and gentle drinking experience.
Delicious! Is it supposed to warm up, or was it originally designed that way?

★★★☆☆☆ 日本酒飲む男Clean and refreshing without any peculiarities
Slightly acidic with a hint of richness ststI bought this in the spring at the Ponshukan in Nagaoka! I was surprised at how bananas-like it was the first time I drank it, and since then I buy it every time I go to Niigata 🙂.
When you open the bottle and pour it, the aroma is clear and mineral like water.
The mouthfeel is mellow and smooth, with banana and caramel-like mellow and old sake-like flavors!
Yet, the aftertaste disappears quickly. The gap between the flavor and the opposite, the quality of the sake, which is smooth and light like Niigata sake, is as unbearable as ever ✨.
It's less bananasweet than the first time I drank it, but I still love the heavy-light pull of it👍.
I hope to go back to the Niigata area after next winter! go-go-apricotI'd like to drink again, and I thought I'd check out Kazuhiko Ota's 100 Izakayas and document it properly! さけちゃんI was wondering if it was a good idea to use a different color for the same purpose. 倍割りPungent taste dominates.
The spiciness dominates from around the palate, and it extends with a mellow bitterness.
一本義 仙介🇺🇦This sake is from Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture.
I bought this at a kyosu too. 398 yen without tax! That's a pricey price for what it is.
It has a soft sweetness. The spiciness gradually spreads.
The persistence of this spiciness is quite good.
When combined with the rice, all the pungency disappears, leaving only a slight pungency. It is a very refreshing dish.
How about when it is heated up?
A lactobacillus aroma comes out.
The taste is also full of the acidity and richness of lactobacillus and sharp sweetness, but the acidity quickly disappears. The full-bodied flavor remains, but not too strong, and it chases the food to catch up with the umami.
It is better served warmed.
I enjoyed it while watching my favorite team, the Yakult Swallows, play a game (a big loss 😢).
Nagaoka (a third-year shortstop who has been active since the start of the season, although he is still in his infancy) is really doing his best, I think to myself as I look at the bottle, which has run very low. BreadfanYuzawa Ponsyu-kan. Sake feeling Tsuyoshi. 弥生ぃ(つ∀`*)Niigata Station Ponshukan Sake tasting room BambiMild enough not to interfere with a meal.
It is not suitable for those who want the spiciness that comes to the throat immediately at the first sip.
It is mild when you put it in your mouth and the spiciness comes later. BambiEasy to drink.
Available here at a relatively low price. CharlieThis sake is sold at a business supermarket. I bought it to see what it was like.
It's really strong! Refreshing! No depth!
I had the impression that it was a strong type of chuhai.
However, it's surprisingly good as a mid-meal drink.
It's also good served hot. It's not to be underestimated. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
