Early in the New Year, we were hit by a major earthquake at my parents' house... I will continue to strive for sake activities in 2024 with a renewed spirit 🍶. This is a sake sold in the Chuetsu region 🍶. Slightly sweet aroma 🎶. Banana-like sweetness with just the right amount of spiciness in the second half, delicious and easy to drink 😉. I bought a bottle and it was so good that I finished it in 2 days 💦. I feel like I've already found the best sake of the year ✨✨.

Gunukame Kin-Sen Honjozo Nagaoka's long-established sake brewery, Sekihara Shuzo, has been in business for about 300 years. We believe in the spirit of beautiful sake. This is also a souvenir from Niigata Sake Brewery. It is hard to find Gun Kame in Niigata city. I can buy sake from the breweries in Higoe and Sado, and my sister can buy it for me in Joetsu, but it's hard to buy sake from Chuetsu unless it's a major brand. It's nice to be able to buy sake that you can't normally buy while tasting at events like this. This is the 75th brewery in Niigata Prefecture. The tasting was of a brand called Echigo Nagaoka-han, and it had a nice sweet and sour taste with a nice bitterness. Gundame, a fairly inexpensive honjozo. I don't drink much in this price range. At room temperature, the aroma of hard rice and grains It has a strong sourness and a hint of bitterness. but At room temperature, it's hard-boiled rice, grain aroma, strong acidity, and a hint of bitterness. Special Junmai 60% polished rice al15 degrees Purchased for home use at Shokurakuen in Omotesando Since this sake was drunk before April 2017 when I started using the app to record the label image and the date I drank it, I have uniformly set the date I drank it as 2017/04/01 for a while.
