We believe in the spirit of beautiful sake.
This is also a souvenir from Niigata Sake Brewery.
It is hard to find Gun Kame in Niigata city.
I can buy sake from the breweries in Higoe and Sado, and my sister can buy it for me in Joetsu, but it's hard to buy sake from Chuetsu unless it's a major brand.
It's nice to be able to buy sake that you can't normally buy while tasting at events like this.
This is the 75th brewery in Niigata Prefecture.
The tasting was of a brand called Echigo Nagaoka-han, and it had a nice sweet and sour taste with a nice bitterness.
Gundame, a fairly inexpensive honjozo. I don't drink much in this price range.
