This is a memorandum photo of a sake I drank in the past.
I don't remember the details, but I think it was a delicious sake that was very easy to drink and pleasant to the palate.
The fruity melon-like aroma is pleasant, and the first impression is that it has the strength of a pure sake. It is characterized by a soft umami taste with a slightly sweet, refreshing aftertaste.
Rice polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 15
The website describes it as "medium-hot", but I personally found it quite spicy.
After a moment of sweetness in the mouth, it has fruity, bitter, and very slight acidity. The sharpness is very good. (Impression at room temperature).
The sixth sake of the Sake-no-jin is Echino Yukitsubaki by Yukitsubaki Shuzo. After tasting it at the brewery, I decided to buy it immediately. It wasn't cheap (sweat), but I have to admit that it is still delicious, and the flavor spreads after the schwa. By the way, it seems that this brewery, Kamonishiki and F40's Masukagami are both breweries in Kamo city, and their atmosphere may be similar....
I visited the area around the brewery the other day, so I added some photos.
