I haven't bought Echino Yukitsubaki since I bought 3㌥ at Donkey's when I first started drinking sake.
This sake is made with the floral yeast of Yukitsubaki.
At first it was sweet and floral.
I thought it would be more dry, but it was more fruity and sweet than I imagined, which is the type of sake I like😋.
I heard there is also an unfiltered raw sake version of this, but I bet it's even better!
Yukitsubaki Shuzo, Kamo City, Niigata Prefecture, Japan Junmai Ginjyo Genjozo, Unfiltered, Kinugoshi Oragami
A junmai ginjo with a gorgeous aroma and a strong core.
Many summer sake are silky and smooth, but this one is very tasty.
