This is delicious. I sent a bottle of Yamagata wine to my cousin who lives in Nagoya, and this is my return gift. I'm satisfied with this sake because it has the feeling I like. It's good at room temperature. It rides softly on the tongue with a sweetness that flows easily. I like Halley's Comet.

For the record The moment you put it in your mouth, it has a rich taste of rice. It goes well with any kind of food and is easy to drink. And the price is good! Chilled with a wine glass I'm not sure if it's a good idea, but it's a good idea.

After a hard day's work, I'd like to have a drink... but not too much. 20 degrees Celsius...so high. But the feeling of freedom after work and the mentaiko and kamaboko made me feel good.

Omachi Polishing ratio 59 It is sweet. It is said to be white peach-like, but I personally feel green apple-like. NEOWISE was quite limp, but this one is easy to drink compared to it! I wouldn't repeat it, but it's in the category of my taste: ☺️

You can feel the bubbles and the rich flavor of the rice. And yet, the aftertaste is dry and relatively easy to drink. Personally, I would like to enjoy this bottle with yakiniku and bbq.

Mr. Shah on the topic. Low al 13 deg. Nagano R yeast", a high malic acid yeast. Like apple... but what I personally feel is banana aroma. Gentle fruitiness. It is unique, but I would like to see more depth of flavor in the strain. I would not repeat it.
