Third bottle of Japanease sake subscription at my parents' house. It looks expensive in a box full of flowers😳 Ahhh! This is delicious! When you put it in your mouth, it has a gorgeous aroma and a gentle sweetness that makes your mouth happy. And it goes down your throat gently. I tried the other two types and confirmed that this is the best one. ...... Oh no, I'm about to run out of my father's alcohol! I drank too much...I hate to admit it, my own youthful mistakes. Thanks again for the food this month! Thank you parents 😆🙏.

Sake bought at Tsuruya, a supermarket in Nagano. Thick and sour type. I like it. It is 20 degrees alcohol and for some reason it is 900ml instead of 750ml. It tasted as strong as the rich miso nabe.

Purchased at Yamaya Ginza Store Drinking at home. Tasted warmed and cold. The side dish is Tokoroten with 2 cups of vinegar Heated, it has a strong aroma. The cold one has a sweeter taste. Is it because of the snacks? Delicious and cosy!

The second bottle today was a comet. It was drier and more orthodox than I expected, but less assertive. I had it with bonito sashimi, but it would probably go better with dishes that have a distinct flavor.
