This sake was a gift. It has an elegant aroma typical of Junmai Daiginjo, and it seems to be very smooth and crisp. Personally, I think it would be better heated.

Thick and sour type. I like it.
It is 20 degrees alcohol and for some reason it is 900ml instead of 750ml. It tasted as strong as the rich miso nabe.
