Smells like walnuts? Gorgeous cemedine, smell of alcohol after some time.
Mild mouthfeel, then sweetness like three warm sugar, light pungency, aging aroma, as you swallow, the taste becomes milder, and gradually bitter from sweetness.
Alcohol 20%, well 20% is intoxicating.

I usually don't drink alcoholic beverages, but I unexpectedly bought this sake from Kuze Shoten (a brand of Sanxeel).
I checked and it's Endo Sake Brewery, the company that develops the sha!
It has a deep flavor that seems to soak up quite a bit of rich umami just because it was bottled immediately from the raw sake.
I groaned 💦 but it's delicious.

Because it is the first pressing, it is fresh and the aroma is mild, so it can be paired with a meal. Although it is a draft sake, it was also mildly mellowed by lukewarming it to the point that the aroma did not fade away. For sushi, it would go well with fatty fish such as salmon and yellowtail.
